Aleksandra is a qualified UK tax advisor in one of the biggest international consultancy company, Deloitte with over 10 years’ experience working in different countries (Russia, the UK and the Republic of Congo). She is deeply convinced that if we want to change the world, we need to start with ourselves. This is why she started a charity project in Russia 9 years ago that aims to help an orphan home and a crisis centre for families. While living in the Congo she organised beach cleanups, arranged a fund collection for a sea turtle protection project and did an extensive research about plastic recycling and existing business projects in developing countries. Further she was involved in a Russian project that focused on recycling Tetra Pak and mixing it with different types of plastic to produce Tetra Pak composite timber. She’s a graduate of the Cambridge University Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
